Located in the heart of Champions Gate - You and your family have access to everything nearby and can relax and unwind at this comfy quiet condo. You have full access to the resorts amenities which include a heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, gym, bar, restaurant, and play structure. The condo has everything for a wonderful family vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with a number of items to cook with, all bed linens and towels are included, and there is a baby crib available upon request.

Welcome to our Haven Hideaway located within the beautiful Mediterranean Style Tuscana Resort Orlando! This 2bedroom 2bathroom condo has everything you need for your vacation. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a full ensuite. There is also a very large Master closet. For families that are staying with us, the crib fits wonderfully in the closet for an excellent, quiet, dark spot for infants to sleep. The ensuite offers a beautiful walk-in shower. The Second Bedroom has 2 Full Size beds available, along with an excellent size closet for storage. The Second Bathroom is located just off this bedroom as well. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials you will need. There is a screened in balcony so you can enjoy the breeze without the bugs. Off Resort Amenities Within walking distance there is a 7Eleven convenience store, Publix grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy, liquor store, Omni Resort spa, and many other shops. We are located close to many restaurants - our favorites being Millers Ale House (walking distance) and LongHorn Steakhouse (5min drive). Many beautiful golf courses located within a short driving distance. Walmart will deliver groceries directly to the condo if you prefer to order groceries for your stay online. Amenities Close By We also are a short distance from many major attractions: Disney (15 min), Sea World (25 min), Universal (25 min), Convention Center (25 min), Legoland (40 min), Gatorland(40 min), Island H20 Waterpark (15 min), and about 1.5-hour drive to the beaches - Clearwater or Daytona Beach (both are beautiful). We are located right off the I4 with many other major routes available close by.

Pet Policy We do allow one pet for a $50 fee. Pet must be under 30lbs per the local bylaw. You will be provided a unique code for access to the condo during your stay, it will only be enabled for the duration of your stay.

House Rules

GARBAGE Please remove all trash and food from the home. We will provide you with 2 garbage bags per stay. Please take your garbage to the dumpster for disposal. Any garbage left upon guest check out and guests will be charged $100.00 KITCHEN Please remove all food/drinks from fridge and cabinets. Please rinse and place dirty dishes, cups, pots, pans, and silverware in dishwasher. $100 fee will be assessed if policy is violated. PERSONAL ITEMS Please check for personal belongings (especially phone chargers) If any items are left behind, the cleaners are instructed to throw items away. POOL AREA While we understand the desire to enjoy snacks while lounging poolside, we kindly ask that larger meals be enjoyed outside of the pool area. Snacks such as chips, fruits, and small packaged items are permitted for your enjoyment. However, larger meals, such as full sandwiches, pizzas, or hot dishes, should be consumed outside of the pool area. Additionally, to ensure the safety of everyone enjoying our pool area, we kindly remind you that glass containers of any kind are not allowed within the pool area. NO RV'S OR COMERCIAL VEHICLES PERMITTED. PETS ALLOWED Owner Approval must be given prior to rental. Pet must be under 30LBS. Only ONE pet allowed. $500 Fee will be charged for unapproved pets. NO SMOKING inside the home. $300 fee will be charged if home smells like smoke. Smoking on patio with door closed is permitted. NO PARTIES ALLOWED If police are called out to the house for noise or party related complaints, Guest will be charged a $200 fee and could be asked to leave. NO EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT $100 late check-out fee will apply without prior request/approval. TOWELS / SHEETS No use of wash cloths or towels for anything other then intended use. Do not use to remove make-up, grease, etc. $20 charge for each wash cloth or towel that is missing, stained and/or damaged. $50 charge for any fitted sheets, covers, pillow cases, and/or comforters damaged, missing and/or stained. NO MOVING OF FURNITURE All interior and exterior furniture must remain in its place. A $200 fee will be charged if any interior or exterior furniture is moved from its original place. PLEASE CHECK THE HOME UPON ARRIVAL. IF YOU SEE ANYTHING BROKEN OR MISSING, NOTIFY ME RIGHT AWAY. TAKE A PICTURE OF ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES AND SEND IT TO ME. IF REMOTES ARE MISSING AT CLEANER CHECK OUT VERIFICATION YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER REMOTE. Please be aware that a starter kit of complimentary toiletries will be provided for your stay. Any additional supplies must be supplied by the guest.

Guests have access to the entire resort, all amenities are included for free. Vineyards Bar and Grille is now open on site - hours are 12-8pm Thursday-Monday. There is ample parking available. There is a doorbell camera monitoring the front door and the hallway of the condo building. It will on.

The place was just as described. It was clean and well stock for what we needed. The pool was my kids favorite place. It was big and had a walk in area for my little. It was gated and I loved having the security. We had some noise issues with the top floor and Ashley handled as soon as I let her know. We didn’t have any more problems. We would definitely use her again in the future.

Haven Hideaway was an excellent stay Ashley was a great host and was readily available, the condo is in a great location with heated pool and hot tub close by. The condo was very clean with essential amenities, utensils and lots of towels. The elevator made it easy to get luggage upstairs and there was lots of parking available. I look forward to staying here again. Champions gate is a wonderful community to stay with more then everything you need.

Ashley’s place is lovely; we had lots of space. The large washrooms and closets were a big bonus having the kids, not to mention the three tvs Our time at the pool was much enjoyed with beautiful surroundings and the pool area and amenities were extremely clean Great location and excellent value We would definitely return Thank you for a wonderful stay

The vacation home is exceptional everything is close by, supermarkets, numerous restaurants, and gas stations, and it’s not too far from the highway (10 to 15 minutes away from Disney). The host explains everything to you and instructions are inside of the home as well. I am keeping this listing for my next Orlando trip. I will be highly recommending this vacation home to my family and friends.

Peaceful & quiet stay!! Beds were comfy which is always a plus on vacation including having your own washer/dryer access which is super convenient . Ashley has a beautiful place and the pool area was big! Can’t wait to book my next stay already!

I recently stayed at Haven Hideaway at Tuscana Resort property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I booked, Ashley was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and tips for the local area. The property itself is exactly as described, if not better. It was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet private gated area but still close to Disney’s parks. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend Ashley’s place to anyone visiting the Orlando parks area. It was truly a home away from home, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Very nice condo, everything was great. The location was perfect as my daughter had a tournament at the golf course so we were right there, yet also close to restaurants and shops. Would stay again!
